Coordination with the different services in order to ensure the quality of the services on the websites; - Supervise the technical work related to logistics within the Facilities Management and Logistics Department (SG/SGS/GIL); - Support the Logistics Coordinator in the issuance and execution of activity reports on a daily basis, weekly, monthly and annual, as well as in the preparation of maintenance plans, activities and action of the benefits within its perimeter; Ensure the management of consumables and furniture, entry and exit of goods in collaboration with the various services Cross; - Ensure the reception and storage of drinking water supplied by an external service provider, verifying the respective delivery note, accurately confirming the quantities received and the conditions of the Containers;
