Conduct the PO award process in accordance with affiliate procedures, applicable laws and applicable contracts in respect of the strategy validated (call for tender (CFT), single source, extension...) and where applicable. Use and promote usage of frame agreements and frame contracts whenever possible. Prepare the contractual strategy including but not limited to: bidders list, planning, scope, CFT criteria). Liaise with Freight forwarding agents, client logistics entity, Procurement Services and Client Technical entities to coordinate import and export shipments services and deliveries on time of materials. Participate in development of a good communication within the stock team and with Purchasing, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Technical Entities, Finance, Legal, etc., for stock management-related activities.
