Ensure the proper functioning of the branch's Call Center (SVP 1070), receiving via telephone or mail anomalies detected in the onshore perimeter of client, creating requests for intervention (BTs), in the management application Kimoce, with the respective requests being addressed to the service providers and/or those responsible for the resolution; Expatriates, families and missionaries visas: - Coordinate and monitor the work of administrative training assistants. - Analyze the documents that make up the processes, recover the passports and file the processes in the MIREMPET, SME, MIREX and possibly notary.
